GOOCHLAND, VA (WWBT) - Police have identified 21-year-old Kwamane G. Davis as the alleged gunman involved in a early morning shooting that left one man dead and two other injured.
Police responded to a home in the 3600 block of Hadensville-Fife Road in the western part of Goochland County just after 1 a.m. early Sunday morning.
When officers arrived they found 24-year-old Dwayne R. Hardy dead. Police say Hardy had been shot in the back of the head.
Two other men also received bullet wounds.
Police say a 23-year-old man was shot several times in the back.
Another 54-year-old man was injured from a stray bullet that hit him while sleeping in a nearby vehicle.
Both men were transported to VCU Medical Center for treatment.
Police say Davis is to be considered armed and dangerous and advise anyone with information on his whereabouts to call Goochland Police at 556-5349 or Crime Stoppers at 780-1000.
