RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - Restaurants in this Restaurant Report range from a popular fast food place to a popular hangout for members of a lodge. But they all jumped to fix the problems.

Starting in Henrico, McDonald's at 8210 Brook Road had 4 critical violations, including that there was pink slime inside an ice machine. Violations were corrected during the inspection. A follow-up report is not yet available.

Moving into Richmond, Tropical Soul at 314 North 2nd Street had 4 critical violations. The inspector noted that chicken, tuna, salmon, green beans, and roast beef were cold holding at improper temperatures. Violations were corrected during the inspection. The restaurant corrected one critical violation during a follow-up inspection. We contacted the restaurant but did not receive comment.

And in Hanover, Ashland Moose Lodge at 11299 Washington Highway had 4 critical violations. The report says ready-to-eat cantaloupe, deli meat, spaghetti, and watermelon were not properly dated for disposition. All violations were corrected on the spot. A manager declined to comment for our story.
