RUCHMOND, VA (WWBT) - The man Richmond investigators say killed his girlfriend last month will be in court Monday.
Michael Solomon is charged in the death of Tameka Claiborne.
He is the main man, of three, that have been arrested for the murder of Claiborne.
Right now, Solomon is facing first degree murder charges.
It's been about a month since this case rocked the community.
Police say Michael Solomon first took Tameka Claiborne's three year old son Mailk - and left him outside a Chesterfield County apartment complex. Then, a few days later, Claiborne's body was found on the banks of the James River.
It took a few weeks, but earlier this month, a grand jury charged Solomon with first degree murder for Claiborne's death.
But the arrests didn't stop with Solomon.
While he will likely learn his trial date Monday, prosecutors warned the net of those involved in this murder would grow.
Right now - Alphonzo Richardson is accused of helping Solomon get rid of Claiborne's remains. Darren Fenceroy is facing charges after investigators say he moved Solomon's car after Solomon surrendered to police.
