Former Hanover minister goes to court on sex charges

LOUISA COUNTY, VA (WWBT) - An accused  80-year-old sex offender heads to court Thursday.

Irvin Baldwin is set to stand trial in Louisa County. The former Hanover County minister is charged with soliciting sex from a minor.

Baldwin was arrested last fall when police say he arrived in Louisa all set to meet a 13-year-old girl, who was really a county detective.
