HENRICO, VA (WWBT) - Henrico police arrested a Goochland man following an incident that unfolded Sunday night.

Michael C. Leabough, Jr., 26, of W. River Road, faces a charge of indecent exposure. At approximately 8:35pm, police were called to the Regal Cinema in Short Pump for a "suspicious situation." At least one witness told police Leabough was "acting weird" walking in and out of Theatre #9. Police say a 15-year-old girl reported that Leabough sat next to her and began touching her. When she looked at him, Leabough was actively masturbating, according to police. The arrest took place shortly thereafter.

According to a source at the Regal Cinema, the movie playing in Theatre #9 is "Charlie St. Cloud".
