VCU will go to paperless billing starting today

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - Starting today, VCU will go to paperless billing and tuition and fees can no longer be paid with VISA.

Those using other cards will be assessed a 2.75% convenience fee. The school says it will save over a million dollars a year in processing fees.
