RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - New details have emerged about the murder of Richmond mother, Tameka Claiborne.
The medical examiner said this afternoon she died of sharp force injury to the neck. Police sources said Claiborne was stabbed multiple times.
The man accused of abducting her child will remain in jail. A judge denied bond this morning for Michael Solomon, 27. He is accused of abducting Claiborne's three-year-old son, Malik Ellison.
The judge said he had concerns about releasing Solomon because the mother of the child was murdered.
He has not been charged in Claiborne's death. However, prosecutors said they do plan to charge him with murder.
