Cashless toll on Pocahontas Parkway delayed

Posted by Iva Radman – email

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - One of the ramps onto the Pocahontas Parkway was supposed to go "cashless" on Tuesday, but it won't.

Officials say they're not ready for the change, which would have required an EZPass or credit card for the Laburnum Avenue exit.

They say the change is still coming, possibly later this week, or the first of next week.

In the meantime, look for new signs in the area warning  about the delay.
