RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - Starting Thursday, you can drive faster on one area interstate.
You'll be able to go 70 miles per hour on a 26-mile stretch of Interstate 295.
From now on if you spot amber flashing lights alongside the road you'll need to move over. It's already illegal to speed by emergency vehicles parked along the roadway, but now the law includes vehicles like tow trucks.
Teens that are seventeen or younger who ride in the back seat of a vehicle must wear a seat belt, or you could face a $25 fine.
