UPDATE: Court appearances for teens accused of Cosby vandalism delayed

CHESTERFIELD, VA (WWBT) - Three of the four teens accused of vandalizing Cosby High School had their appearances in Chesterfield Court delayed until August this morning.

Nicholas Rosswog, Christian Evers, Michael Ramkey, Jr., and Sean Cummings are accused of spray painting obscene and other offensive drawings on Cosby High School. All charged with felony destruction or defacing public property.

Cummings is due in court Friday. The other three are expected in court in August.
