RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - Some storage containers were not clean at two local restaurants, according to state health inspectors. But they had them cleaned up in time for the follow-up inspections. And Style Weekly shows us where they say you can find the best bar food in this Restaurant Report.

In Richmond, Pizza Hut at 2343 West Broad Street had 4 critical violations. The report says lids for storage containers were soiled to sight and touch. This and other violations were corrected during the inspection. The restaurant had 3 critical violations on a follow-up inspection the next day. All were again corrected on the spot.

In Chesterfield, Carnitas El Paisa at 8830 Jefferson Davis Highway had 4 critical violations, including a repeat violation: the ice storage bin and deflector had a build-up of bacteria. One violation was corrected during the inspection. The restaurant had no critical violations on its follow-up inspection.

This week's NBC 12 Hall of Fame Award goes to Five Guys Burgers and Fries at 6493 Mechanicsville Turnpike in Hanover. District Manager Butch Michalick says this restaurant has earned perfect scores on its last four inspections because it strives to maintain a good image. Said Michalick, "We want the high energy, the cleanliness, that's all part of the ambiance when they come here. They walk in and it's the bright cleanliness and the energy."

Finally, we went to Sidewalk Café at 2101 West Main Street in Richmond, featured in this week's Style Weekly Bar Guide for having what the magazine calls the best bar food. Said Style Weekly columnist Jack Lauterback, "A lot of bars will offer a late night menu, but it's all deep fried, the only thing they do is keep on the fryer.  But Sidewalk actually puts a lot of care in their food, they have a huge menu. You can get any food here."

The Style Weekly Bar Guide shows you what it found are the hottest hot-spots in Richmond and which bars have the best ambiance, the best beer selection, you name it. You can find it on newsstands now.
