The attorney general filed a lawsuit against the Federal government challenging health care legislation and now he's taking to the Web to get his message out.
During a Webcast to an audience of about 2,000 people Cuccinelli explained that the Commonwealth's legal action, "guards the overreaches of federal government."
A law recently passed by the General Assembly prohibits Virginians from being required to buy health insurance.
During the Webcast Cuccinelli urged viewers to express support for the lawsuit and to, "push back on the negative media."
Federal lawyers filed a motion to dismiss the suit. It will be argued July 11st.
Both sides expect it to be decided in the Supreme Court.
Twenty other states have also filed similar suits.
