HENRICO COUNTY, VA (WWBT) - A Henrico judge will decide Thursday how much time a teenager will serve after  firing a gun at two students.

Seventeen-year-old Nicholas Moore pled guilty to eight charges in connection with the shooting  that happened last September at Virginia Randolph Community High School.

According to testimony, Moore targeted two students, and fired at least five shots.

Nobody was hurt.

Moore faces eight to 54 years in prison.

The judge will decide if some of that sentence will be spent in a juvenile facility since he was 17 at the time of the shooting.
