Two arrests in Dinwiddie bank robbery

DINWIDDIE, VA (WWBT) - On Wednesday June 9 at 9:29 a.m. The Bank of McKenney located at in the 23000 Black of Airport Street in Dinwiddie County was robbed.

A lone black male entered the bank and demanded money from a teller. The subject fled the bank on foot with an undisclosed amount of money. Witnesses saw this subject get into green SUV driven by another individual.

At 9:32 a.m., three minutes after the initial call, Sheriff's Deputies pulled over a suspect vehicle on Cox Road near the intersection of Boydton Plank Road. Two individuals, 26-year-old Jason Alexander Pulley and 34-year-old Antwan Lee Thomas were taken into custody and charged with robbery.

Both individuals are being held in Dinwiddie County Jail pending their arraignment on June 10 in Dinwiddie County General District Court.
