RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - This week's court hearing for George Huguely has been delayed.
The former UVA lacrosse player is charged with first degree murder in the death of fellow UVA lacrosse player Yeardley Love.
Huguely was to be court for a preliminary hearing on Thursday, but his lawyer says the case has been reschedule for October 7. The 22-year-old is still being held at the Albemarle-Charlottesville Regional Jail without bond. As of Tuesday morning, the manner and cause of Love's death remain pending at the Chief Medical Examiner's Office in Richmond.
