HENRICO, VA (WWBT) -There was another meeting Thursday night about long term expansion plans for Innsbrook.
Developed in the 1980's as a suburban car-oriented office park, the Innsbrook Owners Association would like the area to evolve into a more vibrant, urban community where people could live, work, play and shop.
Paul Kreckman, the president of the Innsbrook Owner's Association envisions a whole new Innsbrook in the next decade.
"Some residential development, some more office development, a little more urban scale of development than you've seen," said Kreckman.
A study was conducted about the evolution of Innsbrook, as part of Henrico County's comprehensive plan, for moving forward.
