RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - According to the Times-Dispatch, the Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority is moving forward with plans to revitalize parts of the Highland park area of Richmond.
Right now there's plans to build homes for rent and to own for parts of Dove Street and the green park neighborhoods.
The housing authority has chosen developer Crosland to come up with a master plan.
Crosland is currently involved in developing the Cloverleaf mall area in Chesterfield.
