RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - Keeping food at proper temperatures and keeping foods separate when cooking. Those were the messages from health inspectors to some local restaurants in tonight's Restaurant Report.

In Richmond, PGT Beauregard at 103 East Cary Street had 4 critical violations. The inspector found that chicken and chicken Cordon Blue were hot holding at improper temperatures. Violations were corrected during the inspection. A manager says they work to make sure everything is done according to code and have been in business for 17 years.

In Henrico, the Patina Grill at 3416 Lauderdale Drive was a hall of fame winner back in 2006, but had 4 critical violations on a recent inspection. The inspector noted that two bags of partially eaten Cheetos were on a shelf in the food prep area. The manager tells us all violations were corrected that day and it showed when they earned a perfect score a week later.

This week's NBC 12 Hall of Fame Award goes to the Olive Garden at 9750 Midlothian Turnpike in Chesterfield. The restaurant has earned perfect scores on its last two inspections and hasn't had any critical violations since 2006.
