Family desperate to find missing Henrico woman

HENRICO, VA (WWBT) - The family of a Henrico woman, missing for nearly a week, is in a desperate search to find her.

20 year old Arianna Davis, also known as Peaches, hasn't been seen or heard from since last Friday. About 45 minutes after her brother, William, last saw his sister at home, he says Arianna was spotted at a nearby convenience store.

Her family says it's very unusual for Arianna to be gone this long and not call. When people talk about Arianna Davis, they first bring up her smile. The round cheeks on her face got her the nickname "Peaches."

Her safety is now at the forefront of people's minds. Arianna's brother, William, last saw his younger sister about 1:15 Friday afternoon at their home on 3rd Street near Nine Mile road.

"I feel like she's not able to get in contact with us. That's how I feel if she can't get in contact with us. She's unconscious, she's hurt," said William Davis.

William left briefly that day to visit their grandmother. When he returned, he says the backdoor was open and Arianna was gone. Her wallet, house keys, and identification were still at home.

"It didn't seem like nothing was wrong with her or she was mad about anything," said William Davis.

Flyers have gone up at J Express Mart where Arianna is a regular customer. Store clerk, Rose Singh, sold Arianna a cigar the day she vanished.

"She had a smile on her face and then she walked out the store," said Singh.

Nearly every weekday morning, Arianna was known to catch the bus on Nine Mile Road to go to school to study massage therapy. Her mom says Arianna has eight weeks left of school. But all her family wants now is for her to walk through their front door.

"We really need her back we really need her back," said William Davis.

Arianna Davis was wearing blue cut-off jeans, a pink shirt, and multi-colored flip-flops. If you've seen her call Henrico police at 501-5000.
