UPDATE: Second suspect in Midlothian homicide arrested

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - Kevin Antoine Alert, the second suspect wanted in connection with last week's homicide at the Host Inn at 6621 Midlothian Turnpike, is in police custody.

Alert, 23, was arrested Friday afternoon in the 1600 block of Rosecrest Avenue in the Hillside Court neighborhood.

The first suspect, Craig Butler, 34, no fixed address, was arrested Friday in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia.

On April 28, Brandon Justin-Louis Webb, 24, of the 1400 block of Georgia Avenue, was found shot to death at 10:48 a.m. inside a room of the motel.
