RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - A trial date has been set for the man accused in the death of a Richmond pastor.
Darryl Harris was in court today and his trial date was set for this summer. NBC12 was informed it will be a two-day jury trial that begins july14.
The 26 year old is charged with second degree murder, after he ran a Henrico County police checkpoint and ended up crashing into a vehicle, driven by Pastor Anthony Taylor, in the Church Hill District.
