RICHMOND, VA (WWBT)--The General Assembly session is over and the Governor's office says lawmakers approved 92% of his 213 amendments to the budget.

While there were no actual vetoes the House refused limits on prescriptions and managed care under Medicaid.

The house upheld an amendment restricting publicly funded abortion services, and another that would boost fines for speeding.
