HENRICO, VA (WWBT) - Henrico Police and Animal Control responded to the 1100 block of Clauson Road in Eastern Henrico. According to police, the original call involved a report of two dogs attacking neighbors in an unspecified manner.

Police now say that the two dogs apparently got loose from a yard and were running around the neighborhood. They apparently belong to the same owner.

The first call came in at 2:50 p.m. By 3:30 p.m., one dog had been contained and the other was under a porch.

At least half a dozen police units were known to be on scene at the height of the response.

Police later said no attack actually took place and no one was injured.
