HENRICO COUNTY, VA (WWBT)--A company that bought out the former Qimonda plant in Henrico County, now plans to turn the building to a facility to host data centers.

Quality Technology Services said it will spend between $75 million and $110 million on the plant.

The firm will manage data centers for other companies and lease out space to businesses that want  data centers there.

Up to 45 employees will work at the site for quality technology services, and more hiring should start later this summer.
