RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) – The remains of a Richmond woman, Jill L. Edmonds, 40, missing since Jan. 25, have been found in the James River in Charles City County, according to the Richmond Police Department.
A fisherman discovered the remains in the water in the Guns Run area of Charles City County on Saturday, April 3. A positive identification was made through dental records today by the medical examiner. Investigators immediately informed her family.
