Suspect in Cantor threat not competent

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - Prosecutors say a Philadelphia man charged with threatening Congressman Eric Cantor is not competent to stand trial.

Authorities say 38-year-old Norman Leboon has multiple personalities.

He is accused of threatening the number two house republican in an internet video.

A federal magistrate is sending Leboon to a prison hospital for psychiatric testing.

Leboon could later be found competent to stand trial.
