RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) – Prosecutors today upgraded charges against a man accused of leading police on a chase that killed a Richmond pastor.
This morning, a grand jury indicted 26-year-old Darryl Harris on second degree murder and felony hit and run charges.
Harris is accused of driving away from a Henrico County police checkpoint, leading police into a chase in Richmond's Church Hill district and a crash that crash killed pastor Anthony Taylor.
