Thomas W. Winfree is a Richmond native and a graduate of the University of Richmond. Mr. Winfree has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Village Bank since 2001. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Village Bank and Trust Financial Corporation, Village Bank, and is Chairman of the Board for Village Bank Mortgage Corporation.

Mr. Winfree is actively involved in the community. He currently serves as:

Winfree is also proud to serve as a Director and Founding Member of the Families of the Wounded Fund, Inc., an organization formed to assist families of injured soldiers hospitalized at the McGuire Medical Center.
