At Village Bank, we believe that helping families helps our communities. Which is one reason why we are a proud sponsor of Habitat for Humanity, a non-profit homebuilding organization some of our employees have been involved with for more than 10 years.

In addition to Habitat for Humanity, we are also proud supporters of the Richmond SPCA, Comfort Zone Camp, American Cancer Society, Rotary Club, Kiwanis, plus many local fire, police and PTA associations. Why? Because it's only right to give back to the communities that have helped us prosper. Pershaps that is one reasson why Chesterfield County recognized Village Bank in 2006 as "Business of the Year," and why again in 2007 we were honored with the "First Choice Community Service Award" from Chesterfield County.

Village Bank was also recognized in 2009 for our work with the Richmond Animal Welfare Foundation by Richmond City Council.
