Henrico County serial robber arrested

HENRICO, VA (WWBT) - Henrico police tell us tonight they've stopped a serial robber.

39-year-old Marvin Garris is behind bars charged in connection to four convenience store robberies in Henrico.

They say he also robbed a lumber supply company in Richmond.

All of the robberies happened between January and February this year.

In each instance, police say the suspect used pantyhose to cover his face.

    Police say a man is on the run, after stabbing another man in Richmond. It happened around 1:45 a.m. Sunday, in the 5200 block of Hull Street.
