Changes made to health care reform law

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT)--The health care reform debate has hit a legal hurdle in the senate.

Late last night Republicans found "two minor provisions" that violate budget rules.

The two provisions, dealing with pell grants for low-income college students, will have to be removed before the Senate can pass the measure and send it back to the house for final approval.

Once they are deleted and the Senate passes the bill, it will have to be  approved by the House before being sent to President Obama for his signature.
