Stafford County homicide victim identified

STAFFORD, VA (WWBT) - The Stafford County Sheriff's Office reports that the body of the female homicide victim that was found on the ramp to I-95 in Stafford County on Tuesday, March 2, 2010 has been identified. The victim is Jerryell Myesah Foster, age 23, of Baltimore County, Maryland.

Stafford County Detective John Hughes received a call from the Baltimore County Police Department shortly after a release was sent out to law enforcement agencies across the country requesting assistance in identifying the body found. Baltimore County Detectives, working in cooperation with Stafford Detective John Hughes and the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Richmond, were able to positively identify the victim. Ms. Foster had been reported missing on November 25, 2009.
