CAROLINE, VA (WWBT) - The army says it's working to reduce the noise coming from an explosive school in Caroline County.
A noise study conducted last month found that no noise would be loud enough to damage buildings.
More than 1800 blasts were set off in the test. Two of them registered at a level that's expected to prompt complaints from the community.
The army says it will detonate those charges farther away from communities.
A public meeting to discuss the noise-study results is also scheduled for early April.
