3 arrested in shooting at motel on Jeff Davis Highway

 

CHESTERFIELD, VA (WWBT) - Three people have been arrested in connection with the Feb. 25 robbery and shooting incident that occurred at the Virginian Motel, 8924 Jefferson Davis Highway, according to Chesterfield police.

Tyrone A. Harrison, 27, of the 5200 block of Lewis Road in Sandston, is charged with robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance, possession with intent to distribute a controlled a substance and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.

Katrina H. Milligan, 23, of no permanent address, is charged with prostitution and conspiracy to violate the drug control act.

Marcus L. Taylor, 18, of the 2200 block of Capp Road in Henrico, is charged with brandishing a firearm, use or display of a firearm in the commission of a felony, conspiracy to commit robbery, robbery, aggravated malicious wounding, malicious discharge of a firearm in an occupied building and conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance.

Taylor and Harrison are being held without bond in the Chesterfield County Jail and Riverside Regional Jail pending upcoming hearings in the Chesterfield County General District Court. Milligan is being held with bond at Riverside Regional Jail.

The victim continues to recuperate from a non-life-threatening facial injury.
