RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) – A Richmond college student is a free man this afternoon. Late last night a jury convicted Eric Driver of voluntary manslaughter for killing Jamall Hollman.

Hollman was breaking into Driver's girlfriend car. The jury did 'not' go for the murder charge and instead recommended no jail time.

NBC12 legal analyst Steve Benjamin is here to talk about the case.
