RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - We'll also hear about the state of Richmond city schools this week.
Superintendent Yvonne Brandon will deliver her annual state of the schools address Tuesday night.
We expect to find out how Richmond public schools will deal with a 2011 school budget that is at least $14 million in the hole.
That number could grow to $23 million by March.
Brandon has promised to save jobs, but has suggested that every school employee will face a one-to-three day furlough.
