RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - He grew up just a short drive from the University of Richmond and this fall he will be patrolling the sidelines at a brand new stadium as the Spiders brand new head coach.

Q: You are a Lee-Davis high school grad, so you are a Richmond guy. What does it mean to get your first head coaching gig here in the River City?
Q: You are also now the youngest head coach in Division I at 34. I would imagine that has its advantages and disadvantages?
Q: You have big shoes to fill. Your mentor Dave Clawson was successful here, of course Mike London won a national championship. How do you keep the Spiders contending for championships each year?
