Governor's school creates petition for survival

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - The budget crunch in Chesterfield is leaving another school rallying for it's survival.

The Richmond Times Dispatch is reporting the Appomattox Regional Governor's school is in jeopardy if Chesterfield ends it's 10-year funding relationship with the school. The school PTA has created a website - and is using twitter and facebook - to drum up support for the school.

If funding does not come, it'll likely mean the end to the governor school.
