HENRICO, VA (WWBT) - The teenager accused of firing shots at a Henrico County school has pled guilty to eight charges stemming from a shooting at the school last fall.
Nicholas B. Moore, 17, was accused of firing up to five shots on-the campus of Virginia Randolph Community High School on September 16. He will be sentenced in April for the charges, which include several firearms and attempted wounding charges.
His lawyer said he expects at minimum of eight years to a maximum of more than 50 years in prison for the shooting.
Two students were targeted. None were hurt. The incident prompted police and school officials to lock down the area for several hours.
