Donations taken for apartment fire victims in Richmond

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -  A helping hand this weekend for the people left homeless by that devastating apartment fire at a South Richmond retirement community.

The moving company, Two Guys and a Truck parked their large box truck in front of St. Paul's Baptist Church and the Tanglewood apartment complex.

The congregation and members of the community filled it with donations for those impacted by the fire at Chesterfield Square Apartments.

The truck was close to full by yesterday afternoon, and delivered the donations immediatly after the drive ended.
