The Chesterfield Health District opened the following vaccination satellite sites for anyone who wishes to receive the H1N1 vaccine.
Chesterfield H1N1 Vaccination Site: 10185 Hull Street Road
Tuesday - Thursday 11 a.m. - 7p.m.
Friday and Saturday 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Colonial Heights H1N1 Vaccination Site: 20 Dunlop Village Circle
Tuesday - Thursday 11 a.m. - 7p.m.
Friday and Saturday 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
The Richmond Health District: 400 E. Cary Street, Monday-Friday
The Richmond Health District has plenty of H1N1 vaccine for pregnant women and high-risk persons in the recommended priority group.
The priority group includes:
Pregnant women
Caregivers of infants younger than 6-months of age
All children and adults to age 24
Persons aged 25-64 with chronic medical conditions or weakened immune systems
Healthcare workers and emergency medical personnel
Anyone within this group can call 482-5506 for a vaccination appointment.
