Two pedestrians in hit and run downtown Sunday night

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - The search is on for an alleged hit and run driver in downtown Richmond.

Police say a man and a woman were trying to cross Main Street near the intersection of North 17th Street last night.

They were reportedly hit by a black ford pick-up truck, described as having two tires on each side of the rear axle.

The victims were taken to VCU Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
