RICHMOND, Va. (AP) - Gov. Tim Kaine is meeting again with families of the Virginia Tech shooting victims.
The private meeting is set for Saturday at the state Capitol.
Kaine agreed to a series of meetings with the families as part of a settlement to avoid lawsuits over the April 2007 shootings that left 33 dead, including student gunman Seung-Hui Cho.
After the first meetings last November, Kaine said he would consider the families' recommendation that he make factual corrections to the report issued by the state panel that investigated the shootings.
The agenda for Saturday's meeting includes updates on various aspects of the settlement agreement, legislative initiatives and campus preparedness.
