RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - NBC12 has been given the surveillance camera footage from Richmond International Airport of the arrest of Richard Samuel McCroskey III.

The attorney for McCroskey says he's still putting together a background on his client, and will meet with prosecutors early next week.

McCroskey was caught on surveillance video at Richmond International Airport around 11:30 Saturday morning the day after the murders. Police say he was apparently waiting for a flight back home to California Sunday, and reportedly had been trying to move the flight up but didn't have the money to pay for the ticket change.

The video shows him being questioned by officers, then taken into custody.

McCroskey is only charged in the death of Mark Niederbrock. Authorities told us today that they're waiting on other test results, and any further charges might not come for weeks.

Niederbrock is one of four people found murdered last Friday.

Funeral services for pastor Niederbrock were held at 11 this morning at Walker's Presbyterian Church in Hixburg, which is about 20 miles from where the crime took place.

Niederbrock, his estranged wife, Debra Kelley, their daughter Emma and Emma's friend Melanie Wells were found dead inside Kelley's two story house in Farmville.
