RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - The graphic images from the MySpace page of accused killer Richard McCroksey is raising new questions about the types of information put out on the internet.

Some people are voicing concerns about sites like MySpace providing no limits to what can be put on their sites and what that content can lead to.

John W. Dozier Jr. joined NBC12 to discuss this issue. He is an attorney specializing in the internet and he recently wrote a book called Google Bomb.

Q: You say that these restriction free sites, like MySpace lead to trouble. Why?

Q: Is this a First Amendment issue?

Q: Then who sets these limits and it is it something the government needs to get involved with?
