HENRICO, VA (WWBT) - The Henrico Police Animal Protection Unit responded Saturday to the 400 block of Penley Avenue in the East End of the county for a report of a dead raccoon in the back yard.
According to the report, the complainant's two dogs had killed the raccoon. The raccoon was submitted to the State Lab and reported that the raccoon came back positive for rabies.
