RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - For nearly 20 years, Richmond has been celebrating African-American folklife in a fun, family atmostphere.
This weekend, the 19th Annual Down Home Family Reunion is set to liven-up the Abner Clay Park in historic Jackson Ward near Belvidere and West Leigh streets in Richmond. It's free and open to the public.
Janine Bell of the Elegba Folklore Society, joined us in studio to tell us more about the festival.
