Richard Caputo is a news photojournalist for NBC12.

He began shooting TV news with a spring-wind 16mm film camera in his hometown in Ohio after earning a degree in photojournalism at Kent State University.

He was a still photographer for a few years before joining NBC12 as a news photographer in 1984. rcaputo@nbc12.com
