Matt Butner is a Special Projects Producer at NBC 12, responsible for 12 On Your Side, On Your Side Alerts, and other investigative and consumer segments.    

Matt is a native of Michigan and a graduate of Michigan State University.  He has been with WWBT since 2005.  In that time he has worked as a news photographer, reporter, and satellite truck operator. 

Before joining the staff at WWBT, Matt was a news photographer for the NBC affiliate in Lansing, Michigan. mbutner@nbc12.com
