RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - A man accused of two rapes in the Richmond metro area went before a grand jury today for one of the attacks.
Oscar Rivera-Licona, 34, had just been indicted on charges of assault, abduction and a firearms offense after police say he assaulted a woman back in November.
Police say as a woman was getting out of her car at an apartment complex, he forced her into a wooded area and raped her.
His trial is set for August 13. He's also accused of raping a woman in Richmond back in March.
